Fractal pattern alert!

I need an alert system for this fractal pattern. Basically when in a down trend it shows a series of upper fractals. The second a new fractal appears that is higher than the previous 1 (shown by green box) I need an alert.

In an uptrend I need the opposite. It looks at lower fractals made and when one appears lower than the previous one (shown by the green) it makes an alert

I need at least 2 fractals to be in a row before one that closes lower/higher. I'D Like an option To change that. So if I set it to 4 in the example of an uptrend... it waits until there is 4 lower fractals going up in a row before the 5th one appears lower than the 4th.

I hope I explained it well and it all makes sense

I'd also like options for sending the alert to email, pop up window or sound (or all of them together)
