MQL4 automated trade

Hope you understand me, english is not my first language but i am an economist. So if someone code this for me i will know how to trade with it. 

 I will use only one indicator to open and close a order (CCI, the target to open and close a order will be allways when hit some value ascending or descending, and not with a fix value, like if i want buy when hit -80 i want just buy if the CCI is ascending, if the CCI hit -80 descending i do not want to open a order yet, just when it come back to -80 ascending). I will use diferents values for diferents pairs so who made the code will need to teach how to change that too.

The programmer will teach me how i can change the pairs on the code.

For some pairs i first will allways open a order buying for others i will allways open a order selling. But if for some pair i need to open a order buying or selling i want that allowed too.

 The code need to trade at least 8 pairs, but i want know how to change the numbers off pairs, some times i will trade just 2, some times more. The programmer need to teach me that too.

The programmer will teach how i can change time, like CCI use H1, H4, D1 etc...

For each pairs i just want max 3 open orders, for some just 1, so i need to learn how to change that too.

 If i open a order manually the code need to be allowed to close it for me if the criteria to close match. The programmer will need to teach how i turn on and turn off this.

For diferents pairs i will use diferents number of microlots. So i need to know how to change that too.

I want a trailing stop too. The programmer will need to code and teach me how i can change the number of pips on my trailing stop, it need to be diferent for diferent pairs.
