Tarea técnica

EA need to place first order with initial lot size based on the signal by any one of the indicator or combination previously selected.  (MA , MACD , RSI) 

after open a first order add orders of the same direction with increased lot for every specified pips difference.

If indicator signal changed then open the first order in opposite direction and add positions with incremented lot till signal change again.

TP will individual for all orders but SL should be same of last opened order.

Account number and date time filter required in the code.

Other extra inputs : slippage ,max spread, magic number.
