Tarea técnica

HI MQL developer!

I would like to have a MQL4 alert, which sends an alert in case moving average changed it's trend from

- increasing MA value to decreasing MA value OR from decreasing MA value to increasing MA value.

indicator should be able to apply to different charts and on CFD's/FX/ like any other indicator.

Alert should be sent based on candle close (one alert a time), which means in case new MA value has been created my MT4.
