Create MA cross over EA with additional indicators analysis

Im a trader and just too busy to learn mql4/5 to code. ideally looking for an experienced developer to create in both mt4 & mt5, an EA based on

MA crossovers (Sma over ema) to execute and close with additional 2-4, yet optional MAs for entries and various conditions for close (partial closer on trailing stop if price reaches 'x', and if price or indi states 'y' another partial close) i can explain in further detail once we communicate. Speed of execution trigger for entry and close is essential. No lagging! Will need your thoughts about using the best types of MA.. I would like the option for the EA to allow whatever indicator i choose on the selected (where EA is on) chart, to go with the execution based on bespoke indicator.. 

Ideal developer should have experience all standard settings like risk management; max dd close; TP; Trailiong stop; total close; magic numbers; ghost sl,;tp alerts; visual on/off select days / hrs for trade; magic numbers....etc

Instrument fields so i can place which ever pairs i wish

EA must be able to work with multiple forex; indices gold etc instruments

I would like addition indicators preset - like envelopes (can you translate from tradingview script to mql?),

fractals, CCI; RSI;Stoch fields, volume s&D zones ( i have a Supply-demnad indicator i want the EA to look at) - so i can set criterias in their also. 

I do have few bespoke indis the EA can look towards for analysis. 

I want to have protective scripts DLL etc 

EA must be tested using few back tests pls before developing the EA mq4&mq5 and ex files..do state what you will use..

This is not a one off request and therefore would be interested to develop repeat project requests (like tweaking other EA, creating besppoke indicators under brand). 

Ideal genius needs to be responsive and show some portfolio work they have done. We must agree that project remains private also.
