Forex Rebate EA

Hello,

For a big project I am searching for an expert who can develop and design an Forex EA which is making many trades a day. 

Specifications:

- More than 350 Trades a day ( The more the better !! ) 

- Hold account balance +-0 or make a bit profit. ( Hold account on profit level +-0 would be enough ) 

- Should handle accounts from 500$ or 1000$ on. 

I do not have a special strategy but need some help. 

Anyone out there?
