Expert Advisor - Copy Trades from Telegram Channels

basic idea:

I'm looking for a developer who can program an EA that places signals from public and private telegram groups 24/7 as trade in the MT5.

details:

The signals contain an entry price (Market/Limit/Stop) as well as an SL and TP and the currency pair which is traded. This information is to be placed in real time as a trade in the MT5.

Additionally I need settings regarding money/risk management. In this case I need the ability to trade either a fixed position size or a percentage of the capital.

Furthermore the EA should use a trailing SL. Here I only need the settings by how many pips the SL should be trailed.

It becomes more difficult with the signals in Telegram itself. Every signal in a group is built up after the same structure, as follows:

SIGNAL: BUY/SELL/BUY LIMIT ON/BUY STOP ON/SELL LIMIT ON/SELL STOP ON PAIR

ENTRY: Entry Price (above or below the market price)

SL: SL-Price (Number of Pip Risk)

TP: TP Price

RRR:

e.g: 

SIGNAL: BUY EURUSD

ENTRY: 1.55500

SL: 1.55400 (10 PIP RISK(2% RISK))

TP: 1.60000 

RRR: 1 : 40

I also need the source code to make adjustments in case the structure of a signal changes or I want to copy other signals with a different pattern.
