Tarea técnica

It is needed to program such EA or Indicator to draw and handle objects on the chart.

When run EA there should be shown on the chart in the left upper corner button "Draw", label "Targets", edit field to allow to enter values 1-4 and labels:
stop loss: 1.0000
open: 1.0000
tp1: 1.0000
tp2: 1.0000
tp3: 1.0000
tp4: 1.0000

When click "Draw" button, than its caption should change to "Drawing..." and when click on the any place on chart, there should be drawn block of objects (let's call it bar stop, bar open and bar tp1) as it is shown on pic1.png in the attachment. Caption of the button should be changed to "Clear" and labels "stop loss", "open", "tp1", ... should shown position (price) of bar stop, bar open, bar tp1, etc. 

"Bar open" of this block should be in the price of mouse click on the chart. Bars can be dragging and price in the labels should also changing as specified bars be dragging.

When click button "Clear" block should be removed and caption of the button should back to "Draw".
