Tarea técnica

Deliverable:  mql4 file

Requirement:

A method that executes a https POST request with body parameters:  "a=1&b=2".

The method returns true when: status code is 200
The method returns false when: status code is not 200

Headers: Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded

When errors occur, they should be printed to the terminal with Print();


Test endpoint will be shared with developer.
