Tarea técnica

I need an Expert Advisor that trades three stocks simultaneously by the respective two Moving Average indicators for each stock. This can be a similar three different Expert Advisors for each stock or an Expert Advisor trading a portfolio of three stocks. The main criteria of opening a long position: closing price of last bar is above both of the moving average indicators, closing price of the last bar is above the beginning price of the last bar, and current price (current tick) in the current bar exceeds the highest price of last bar by a certain amount of cents; and vice versa for a short position. When entering a short position, first the long position must be closed. There must be only a maximum of one open position for each stock during any trading day and all positions must be automatically closed 60 seconds before market close on each trading day. 

It must check and correctly process possible errors in trading operations, for important errors, an email notification would be convenient. 

Lot size/number of lots, stock symbol, timeframe to trade (from 1 minute to 10 minutes), how many cents current price must exceed the highest price of last bar must be set as input parameters.
