Tarea técnica

I would like to see if it is possible to create an indicator that will generate a buy or sell arrow when the following conditions are met: 


For a BUY: Parabolic SAR flips below candles, RSI crosses above 50 level, ADX above 20 level, and Advanced ADX Green. 

For a SELL: Parabolic SAR flips above candles, RSI crosses below 50 level, ADX above 20 level, and Advanced ADX Red.


Parabolic SAR, RSI period and level, and ADX period and level should all be variable inputs. Will also require notifications, sound, push, and email. 


I have a included the Advanced ADX.
