Tarea técnica

I would like to have an Indicator/Scanner that is able to scan up to 20 pairs and will update  me when the following criteria is met: 


  1. Asian Range < 50 Pips 
  2. Price moves 25-50 Pips outside of the range 


Timeframe: 15mins 

Key Hours for Updates: 7:30AM-11:30AM


What I have in mind for this indicator is:



      A) To be notified when a pair has met criteria 1   & 2 during the specified hours 

  1. B) When I am being notified I would also like the size of the Asian range to be included in the message.
