Conversion of a Tradingview strategy into MQL4

I would like to create an EA and indicator based on an indicator and strategy written in Tradingview pinescript language.  As you know, MQL offers much more specific control of more options.  To this end, I would like to add add take profit and stop loss options which will help manage the trade.  This includes dynamically increasing position size as the balance grows or similarly, decreasing the position size as the balance grows, moving SL to breakeven, which transitions to managing profits, and also including a safety, which closes the trade automatically based on loss as a percentage of account balance.
