A function that runs when a trade gets closed by stoploss and opens the trade again

I already have an ea that places multiple pending orders (using buy stop/sell stop). The positions get a magic number because the ea may run on multiple symbols.

when a pending order places a position and the stoploss of that position gets triggered (and the position has the magic number for the ea on the current symbol), a function should run which gets takeprofit, stoploss and entry of that closed position. Those informations should be used to place a pending order for the exact same trade again (but this time using buy limit/sell limit instead of buy/sell stop).

There will be a global int variable which controls how how often the same trade gets placed again until the placing again stops. (for example: global variable is 5, so when a position gets closed by stoploss, it gets opened again like i described. When it has been opened again 5 times, the process stops and it does not get opened again when stoploss gets triggered.)
