Need to Model Myfxbook Outlook Indicator!

I would like to model the Myfxbook Outlook Indicator as closely as possible. 

Similar display and same input data source from myfxbook community outlook. 

My biggest challenge with this project I'm finding is not building the look-a-like indicator..

Rather, it is setting up the validation function for our clients. 

Currently, we use webrequest function for validation for our clients. We already have this code ready and we are currently using it for our current EAs that we sell. 

I've been told that a webrequest function cannot work for indicators. 

So, as a solution, I thought we could create an expert advisor with a display like myfxbook outlook indicator, but apparently with an expert advisor file type, we cannot plot the data on the chart (like an oscillator) like the myfxbook outlook indicator does. 

This part, plotting the data on chart, is very important and cannot be skipped. 

So as an alternate solution, maybe we can use the login info that our clients use to login to our website to validate the indicator instead? (Just like how myfxbook uses the user's myfxbook login email and password to validate their outlook indicator). 

Also, this is an urgent project, hoping to have it completed ASAP but also seeking quality so can allow up to one week for completion if necessary but would like to complete sooner if possible.
