Moving Average with closed bars settings notification Indicator

I need an indicator for closed bars in above/below moving average it doesn't matter if it's green or red bars or not in order as long as it sticted to the rules that consecutive closed candle bars settings and previous bar must closed to the opposite side. The option is what type of 1 moving average with regular parameters and how many candle bar closed prior to the previous opposite closed candle bar. For example: the settings 3 or 4 consecutive closed bar below or above the moving average and it would give signal if there are consecutive closed bar below or above the moving average and the previous bar should closed on the opposite side of the moving average, and there will be a good indicator for sell or buy with complete alert signal, email, sound and etc settings option.

I attached a graphical sample of what I want. On this option it's a 4 closed bar. This is just a sample since I used on the screenshoots in my mobile app.
