Tarea técnica

Looking for converting this indicator from MT4 to MT5

with adding new modifications rules features:
- dots will show when oversold/overbought, on the low/high of candle 
- the dots are measure as 50 ATR when
- the indicator gives confirming signal will add bigger size dot as 2x of the ATR
- and only show dots when using 200EMA with 50EMA as up/down trend
- dots has color option settings also indecision signal, while bar not closed the 
    indicator get confused to decide signal or not but just add that as third color
    indecision means big dot confuse to show up or disappearing till bar is closed is
    final decision.
- a fourth color is when 5+15Min are both overbought/oversold, the rule here based on
    the 15min priority when in the time that OB/OS is state on 15min; so check if 5min
    even if a back a little bit a few bars
-send mobile notification/popup when bar closed with signal confirmation 

i care about above first then the next features:
- make OB/OS MTF dashboard on the corners of the chart

- after the modifications above i want to have both MT4/5 same as i describe
