Tarea técnica

Looking to create an ea using rsi and 2 ma as filter.

I need the following feature,

1 to open position when rsi return from overbought and oversold level,

2 to open position when reach certain level

3 the 2 ma can be simple,exponential or weighted,alsoa  feature to enable or disable it ,or to use only 1 ma,obviously the ma must be above or under price,

4 lot setting,

5 tp,sl and trailing stop

6 custom trading hours

7  close on opposite signal  

I will be using this Ea on 1 mt4 terminal  with 1 instrument only on 3 different  tf.
