Tarea técnica

I need one who has knowledge on binary trading ,who can create a spike indicator using or combination of various  oscillators and trend indicators. This system should be able to to spot the spikes a candle before it appears, giving of indicator arrows signals before they appear. A push notifications should equally be attached. Affixed is a picture of what i want.
