Create a simple EA closing order profit

Hello

I want to create an utilities EA :

For all my open-order

If my "equity" daily profit reach to 5 % 

then

1/ Close all order in loss

2/ For all Order in profit,

trailing stop (close and short term) waiting for your advice like ATR indicator or other...

for example I usualy manualy clic right button on the order an set trailing stop at the (50 point) or for CFD (200 points) ... 

Settings that can by modified:

maxdailyprofit = % or Amount (like 5% or 100 Euros)

trailing stop = true / false (if false then close all order)

No touch pending order only open order.
