Convert a Tradingview indicator script to MQ5 indicator, and combine into a market scanner with total 3 indicators

I need a custom scanner that SCANS the (forex) market on 3 different timesframes simultaneously, and gives a signal when 3 indicators conditions are met on minimal 2 of the 3 timeframes. 

Indicator 1 needs to be converted from a trading view indicator script. I need the standalone indicator as well as the integration in the scanner

Indicator 2 and 3 are common mt5 indicators.
