Tarea técnica

I need an indicator that will detect spikes on boom and crash. The indicator will pop up signal one candle before the spikes occurs.The indicator will be the form of an arrow. I also have an arrow indicator that works on mt4 platform, I if it can be converted to mt5 that will be even better
