An Expert Advisor based on simple candlestick needed

I need to create an EA based on simple candlestick formed: Hammer/Dragonfly Doji and Shooting Star/Gravestone Doji, with specified TP and SL.

Open BUY if:

After (minimum) 2 bearish candlestick, then there is a Hammer/Dragonfly Doji, then open buy 0.01 lot (input) in the next open price candlestick

The High-Close length is max 20% of 100. High could be equal or slightly higher than Close.

Open SELL if:

After (minimum) 2 bullish candlestick, then there is a Shooting Star/Gravestone Doji, then open sell 0.01 lot (input) in the next open price candlestick

The Low-Close length is max 20% of 100. Low could be equal or slightly lower than Close.
