I need an EA that will send pending orders once original order is executed in order to scale up my trading size, as well adjust my SL size and price along the way

Here is an example...

USD/JPY 'long' trade example

1. I place a pending order to buy at 108.00

-After this buy order at 108.00 is executed, 3 pending buy orders (in the same amount as my original order) are automatically sent at 108.20, 108.40, 108.60

-These orders are in 20 pip increments, I will need to be able to adjust this increment amount when I place a new potential trade (some pairs I will use increments of less/more    than 20 pips). They will always be in the same amount, but I will need to select if they are going to be in 15 pip increments or 20 or 30 ect.

-When this buy order at 108.00 is executed I would like a stop loss to be automatically placed 30 pips below at 107.70 (I will need to be able to adjust this stop loss as well)

-When the next buy order is executed (108.20 buy) then I need my stop to automatically adjust to total invested amount and also move up to a new price at 107.95 

-When the next buy order is executed (108.40 buy) then I need my stop to automatically adjust to total invested amount and also move to a new price at 108.10

-When the next buy order is executed (108.60 buy) then I need my stop to automatically adjust to total invested amount and also move to a new price at 108.22

-I would like to be able to predetermine where these stops will be placed. So when my initial trade is placed, everything will be automatic during the trade.

-I need a TP to close the whole trade (my entire position) at 108.90.  I will need to be able to select this TP level. 

-In any the event that my stop is hit, I need all other pending orders related to this trade to be removed.

-I will be using this EA on at least 4 different charts at the same time, but no more than 12 at a time.  

I would like to be able to place 2 or 3 pending orders on the same chart, which will initiate this EA and all of them will execute independently of one another.
