Modify an Existing MT4 EA with a Partial TakeProfit based on ATR

I have an existing EA that works fine except for the partial takeprofit element. 

Currently, it has a five step level of partial takeprofit:

 double takeprofit5   = 40;               // takeprofit 5 to close a certain percentage of lots

 double tp5percentage = 10;               // percentage of lots to close at takeprofit 5

Problem is, none of these partial take profits work, at least not in backtesting. I want them to work in backtesting and live. So you might need to examine the code and see what needs to be tweeked. 

Also, I would like three additional partial takeprofit levels to be worked out based on ATR. 

I already have the formula for the ATR takeprofit (as it is used for my takeprofit), but I would like to add it to the partial takeprofit as an option. Please show me that these partial take profits can work in backtesting and live.
