Hi, I need the creation of an indicator that identifies tops and bottoms based on the RSI indicator as explained in the following screenshots



I need the indicator to work independently from the RSI appearance on chart, so if I want to put it or remove it the indicator still works

I also need the indicator to have on/off for notification and please tell me what are the possible notification methods that could be used

Please make the arrows look the same as the arrow in the images, with the ability to control size-color of the arrow
