Tarea técnica

I have a robot based on MA 200. Its a very simple strategy but i want a change in entry orders. When the market is below the MA 200 the robot opens a sell order with Sl and Tp, at this its perfect, but the problem is when that Sell positon hit TP, and the market stills below the MA 200 the robot opens again a Sell position and i want that the robot only opens when occur a cross. I have print-screens with this examples to be more clear.. 

And i want to add a time-filter on the robot. 

If you can resolve this problem with MA cross and add a time-filter to my robot please make a Application.
