API Bride for Binance/Binance Futures and (optional) Bitmex to MT5

I need a API bridge for Binance (and Bitmex) (incl. Futures and Margin Trading) for MT5.

Functions:

=> Using all functions (and indicators) of the MT5 incl. Trading (also with EAs)

=> If possible (and optional), also the level2 datas (like orderbook) from the crypto-exchanges
