Tarea técnica

I would like a trading program that places an order for a given lot size based off five indicators agreeing.  Once the trade is open the target price and stop loss are made by the ATR.  If the target price is made and the trade closes in profit, another trade is opened by a second given lot size but with the same entry conditons.  If the first trade is not profitable it waits until the Moving averages cross and start the process over.  If a trade is open when the moving averages cross it closes the current trade (in profit or loss) and starts the process over. entry conditions
