Buffered Trend Line at Support and Resistance

Create an indicator that looks back (x bars set) find the 2 highest closed priced bars in current time frame and the 2 lowest closed bar prices in current time frame, draw 1 line top and 1 line bottom. Offset these lines with 2 internal lines parallel at (y) pips or last ATR * selected bars(set). These 4 lines must have buffers. OT OB IB IT (Outer Top, Outer Bottom, Inner Top Inner Bottom). If current price (bar) pushes above or below the line. Adjust the line to the new top or bottom of the closed bar either .2 second after close or on close (set). Here is an example png however the current top green bar has not closed yet so the green line will not adjust until it does.
