Martingale Grid with special averaging.

Hello programmers. 

Anyone who can do Martingale Grid but aside from classic grid recovery which can close all order, this EA can also do partial closing of orders.

The trader can choose whether the EA can 

1. close lowest and highest lot size 
2. close the two maximal lot size 
3. close all orders.

EA functions 

• equity protection%,
• profit exit based on equity %
• slippage and spread filter, 
• time/date schedule filter,
• 1st order trailing stop grid
• Lot size calculation (fixed, interest %, lot multiflier, addLot, MaxLotBuy, MaxLotSell,)
• Maxtrades each side
• Trade Direction(Buy Only base HMA, sell only base HMA, BUY_SELL base HMA, BUY_SELL no indicator, No not repeat trade, Stop all current trades)
• steps(pips in between trades)/order distance in pips
• HMA indicator, on/off filter ADX
• signal period
• TP pips for partial closing orders, TP pips for closing all orders.
