A simple EA with a not too simple TrailingStop

Inputs:

OnNewCandle        M1, M5, M15, ... MN
Lotsize                   Lotsize
Distance                 Distance from Price for both directions in points
TakeProfit               0=None (=TrailingStop) in points
StopLoss                0=None in Points
MaxPositions          No. of max. positions
Timeout                  0-59 minutes in case a pending order is not triggered or deleted
MagicNumber        to allow it working on other instrumets too

EnableDouble        Yes/No (Checkbox)
DoubleLotsize        Lotsize for Double Position
DoubleTakeProfit    TakeProfit for Double Position 0=None (=TrailingStop) in points
DoubleStopLoss     StopLoss for Double Position 0=None in points

TrailingStart            Start trailing after profit in points
TrailingDistance      initial TrailingDistance below/above price in points

The EA should open one Buy Stop and one Sell Stop order simultaneously on every
new candle specified in the OnNewCandle variable regardless the timeframe it
runs on, as long as MaxPositions allows it, with the specified Distance, Lotsize
TakeProfit, StopLoss and Timeout ... for the Instrument it is attached to
Then, if either one of these Stop orders is triggered (becomes a position) and
EnableDouble=Yes it opens another market position in the same direction with
the specified DoubleLotsize, DoubleTakeProfit and DoubleStopLoss at the current
price ... then closes the other (opposite) pending order.
In case a pending order can't be deleted or none of both is triggered, it (they) will
Timeout after xx minutes as specified in Timeout

TrailingStop should be a virtual TrailingStop which after reaching the
TrailingStart amount of profit, decreases TrailingDistance for every price
movement of one point in any direction for one point ... means if
TrailingStart i.e at 100 points of profit is triggered, it starts with a
TrailingDistance of i.e. 75 points ... then price goes up 15 points and down 10
points, TrailingDistance will be decreased by 25 points to 50 points ... until
the position is closed when a TrailingDistance of 0 is reached.
TrailingStop should trail all positions without a TakeProfit from its Instrument
including manually opened positions.

The EA will be used on a VPS and with 5 digit Instruments only and with no more
than about 3 Instruments.

As my Intentions to order this EA are 1. to have something to start automated
trading with and 2. to learn writing and optimizing EA's myself, I want it
delivered with a source code listing or as a .mq5 file to compile it myself.

Yeah ... it's name should be 369 ;)
