Tarea técnica

I'm looking for a very simple way draw a horizontal line or trend line on a chart and be emailed me when the market breaks (trades above or below these lines respectively). It needs to be easy to drag the lines around and ability to have multiple alerts on the one chart.

I have tried others in the market place and they are either difficult to use, not easy to move the line or don't send basic information to the email such as instrument or price.

It would be great to have summary of all open alerts as well.
