I rent a virtual server, fully paid via mql5; then immediately (even on restart) under ‘Details’ in VPS Panel MT5 (Version 5, Build 2361), ‘Status’ reads ‘Stopped’ and the ‘Migrate’ space/ area is inactive – at which I am unable to proceed. I need

Virtual Hosting reads 'stopped' but MT5 (Version 5, Build 2361) gives no clue how or where to restart it. I need help, thanks.
