What is Freeze Level? You should know it!
Freeze level is a range in points from the price of a set order, Take Profit, Stop Loss. The range is considered as on price rise and on price fall. In case the price is within this range, the broker can disallow removing or modifying of pending order, take profit or stop loss.
In most cases freezing level is practically not used by brokers, but during important news or political events broker can introduce freezing level. The minimum freezing level may be equal to zero, and the maximum two to five spreads. In case the price is within the freezing level, the broker may block the entire trading operation, regardless of whether it is a market position with a set take profit and stop loss or a pending order.

Минимальный уровень заморозки может быть равен нулю, а максимальный двум-пяти спредам. В случае если цена находиться в пределах уровня заморозки, брокер может заблокировать всю торговую операцию, не зависимо от того будь то рыночная позиция с установленными тейк профитом и стоп лоссом или отложенный ордер.

What is a Stop Level? You should know!
Stop Level is a distance in points limiting the possibility to place pending orders, Take Profit and Stop Loss. Simply speaking, if Stop Level is 10 points, then set Take Profit closer than 10 points from the current price will not work. Stop Levels are set by the broker, and can be changed at any time. The changes usually take place before the important news releases, on the Friday before the market closes, before the holidays and other important events in the market. There is a large number of brokers who do not use a Stop-Level or their stop-level in the normal trading mode is zero. But during the periods of important events the stop level can be designated.
Indication of the stop - level is usually displayed in the window for placing a pending order or when setting Take Profit or Stop Loss. In case you place a pending order ignoring the set minimum, you will get a message like "You can set the order, Take Profit, Stop Loss no closer than X points", where X is a stop level. Изменения чаще всего происходят перед выходом важных новостей, в пятницы перед закрытием рынка, перед праздниками и по другим важным событиям на рынке. Существует большое количество брокеров которые не используют Стоп - Левел или их стоп левел при обычном режиме торговли равен нолю. Но в периоды важных событий уровень стоп левел может быть обозначен.
Обозначение уровня стоп - левел обычно отображается в окне создания отложенного ордера или при установке Тейк Профита или Стоп Лосса. В случае если Вы ставите отложенный ордер игнорируя установленный минимум, Вы получите сообщение типа "Вы можете установить ордер, тейк профит, стоп лосс не ближе X пунктов", где X и есть стоп левел.
