And you know about the Pareto law?
Pareto's law is 80/20. If you look around you through this law, then so many things will become clear and understandable. In its simplest form, the law is formulated as 80% of the effort will give only 20% of the result and 20% of the effort will give an 80% result. For example: 80% of workshop workers do 20% of the work, and 20% of workers do 80% of all work. 80% of the dust accumulates on 20% of the house’s surfaces and only 20% of the dust accumulates on 80% of the surfaces.
For trading in financial markets :
For 20% of transactions you will receive 80% of profit and 80% of transactions will give only 20% of profit.
For 20% of transactions you will receive 80% of losses and 80% of transactions will give only 20% of losses.
For 20% of the time, a financial instrument makes 80% of all movements and in 80% of the time only 20% of movements.
Based on these rules, we can draw conclusions: that not all transactions should be mega profitable, calm trading at some point will bring good income. No need to sit in front of the monitor all the time. It is enough to determine those moments when the price is really moving.
