MISSING ORDERS

HELLO, why I see orders on my signal provider page here on MQL5 not copied on my MT4? I m using a VPS. Thanks

MQL5 VPS won't copy some orders

I bought and set up MQL5 VPS on my mt4 and some orders (I noticed 1 on Nov the 30) was not copied at all! I follow Grizzly signal. Any suggestions? how to contact MQL5 client support? thank you in advance

I was subscribed to **** signal. last friday many positions were opened and last night at 3:14 am the signal was CANCELED, it seems not existing no more. Mt4 closed all position with a huge loss. Trading is risky but why signal providers abandon their subscribers just like that in difficult times
