"invalid ex5 file" error MT5
Someone is getting an "invalid ex5 file" error when trying to run a custom EA of mine. on my MT5 which is the exact same build version, there is no such error. anyone any idea

Since support only handles financial question, I'm asking here: Why is Reaper removed from MT4 market? As a developer this is very frustrating as the product is doing very well, and customers expect support through the website
MQL5 Ranking system
Anybody knows what is going on with the ranking system? EA's jump up and down in the ranking like crazy, depending on which day you are looking at it. One was at number 2 in the MT4 market, and then 1 day later, it is somehwere at page 2, which makes no sense at all

Do you lose an activation of an EA bought on the MQL market when VPS-provider upgrades hardware?
I got this question from a client, and I can't really find any answer about this. When you buy an EA on the market and you get for example 5 activations, and you install the EA on a VPS . What happens when the VPS hardware gets an upgrade (this will happen without a doubt). Do you lose that
