Trying to build an indicator that draws horizontal line on 52weeks high and low in two previous year

I am a complete noob to building indicators;however i have searched throughout mt4 forum maybe i can find indies like this or similar already built but to no avail. read up some things and tried building one myself ,ran to all types of errors. what i have done so far by using mql4 refernce

cant receive mobile alerts despite connecting to my mt4 desktop version

so guys, i have been using my mt4 mobile to receive alerts from my desktop mt4,until yesterday i have not been receiving notification. i have unistalled mt4 on mobile and reinstall. closed the desktop and tried it again,still no avail. how do i fix this

stuck after vps payment

what do I do, I just bought a vps and it got suck after payment. Under my hosting tab, it says it is active but I haven't been able to choose my migration or anything. Please what do I do

ea that open position when new high or low is made

how do I write an ea that enters a trade when previous high or low has been taken out by new ones when i actiavte it with a button, please any ida, i am new to mql4 programming

how do i wirte a program for mql4 to perform some automated instructions,what are the tools necessary. i am a newbie.

i write c++ language though not too fluent to some extent. I have been trading for a while and I have some strategy I use in trading that I need to automate on mql4, because it is cumbersome and time-consuming. Please, I need advise on how to do this or how start

I just rented an indicator,but in the payment tab, it says locked operation and whenever I try to install it to my terminal, I do not see any indicator please assist me
