is there a way to save all settings in MetraTrader5? (symbol sets, charts, EA settings etc.)

Is there a way to save the entire settings so I can simply reload without reconfiguring everything

Is there any easy way to view current EA settings on your VPS?

I know how to publish settings to VPS, but how can I view the settings on the VPS at a later date from within MT5? I know there are journals but is there any easy way to see my EA settings? I have multiple VPS so it would be able to click a button to see the EA settings

VPS storage chart - how do I interpret this?

How am I supposed to interpret this? The charge implies I've used almost 75% of my storage on VPS , yet it is a brand new account running for 2 days. And if so what am I supposed to do about it
