Is there a way to save the entire settings so I can simply reload without reconfiguring everything?
Thank you. The link you sent isfor Code profiling which seems to be off base for what I am trying to accomplish. I just want to save my current settings (Charts, open EAs and inputs). If I do File --> Profile --> Save As, you would expect it to work. But as soon as you change something like closing a chart, when you reload the profile the chart is not there. My guess is that it is auto-saving the profile when you close MT5. So it appears to be always saving and overwriting the profile when closing even though you had no intention of saving the changes.

Yes there is a way using ini file. At least there was for MT4. search for config.ini or terminal.ini

The client terminal can be launched with some predefined settings. For this purpose, the configuration file name will be passed to the client...
