Pending orders not copied to my account

Am subscribed to a MT4 signal and there are pending orders showing up on mql5.com signal page that are not showing in my MT4 account. TIA

hi, I have just subscribed to a signal and the signal provider is opening Pending orders which are not being copied to my mt5 terminal. Normal trades are being copied ok. Does anyone know how to fix this please

Gross Pips for signal provider not the same as on myfxbook

Windows 2012 R2 VPS server - MT5 signals TAB is missing

On my home Windows 10 Pro PC, I installed MT5 terminal, logged in with demo account & the signals TAB appears. When I installed the same platform & login with same details on my Windows 2012 R2 VPS server, the signals TAB does not appear! The support person from the broker tested it out on her PC

Convert email signal to MT4 order

I am looking for a system to extract out a signal from an email message, parse the data in to a text file or database and then have an EA process the order in MT4. Has anyone done this before or know where I may find such a system? All assistance will be greatly appreciated
