Note lot size on trade 49231022 and trade 49231032 ----both from MQL5 Vps

Apparently the MLQ5 VPS has decided to change the lot size on my copy account from the correct 0.16 lots to 0.11 lots , with no change to any of the other parameters . This appears to be an ongoing problem with this VPS. . Can this be resolved
Lot size variation
My copy account lot size varies between 0.05 and 0.15 lots whereas signal provider `s lots size is always 1.0 ( in the same period ). Provider`s account is 7 times larger than mine -----so my lot size should be 1.0 divided by 7.0 = 0.143lots . Same margin. Why is this occurring

Present lot size is half that recommended by signal provider . How do i change lot size on my account
