In MT4 when I click on "Test" in Tools/Options/Email I get "Mail: login to snook176.hostpapavps.net failed" in the Journal. In MT5 I use the exact same Email settings and it works fine. So why is it not working in MT4

When I click on the Market tab in Metatrader4 Terminal window I see a message appear in the journal tab:

Also if I try to access https://www.mql5.com/en from Chrome Web browser I get http:403 error:
Access to www.mql5.com was denied
You don't have authorization to view this page.

This happens on my VPS (66.36.233.137:5909) I have with New-York-City servers, and also on 3 VPSs I have with ForexVPS. The problem is very recent, in the last week, and I have never had this before.

A few days later this problem went away. It seems that MQL5 was blocking many IPs for no good reason, they releases the blocks and now OK.

When upgrading to Build600 you see this message "Old EX4 files work correctly and exactly the same way as before". HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! So why is my application not working in Build 600 and it worked perfectly on Build509. I have not changed it
