Currency and derivatives trader, trading my own account since 2018.
I build the tools I need for my own trading — indicators and expert advisors for MetaTrader 4 and 5 — and publish the ones that solve problems other traders have too. Every one of them started as something that went wrong on my own account.
My focus is execution and risk: what happens between deciding to take a trade and the order reaching the broker. That gap is where a good analysis can still produce a bad outcome, and it gets far less attention than it deserves.
I do not trade or manage funds for others.

Published post The Trade Was Right, But The Order Execution Was Disastrous
A trading signal can be correct and the resulting order still be one that was never capable of working. In my first post, I described an unexpected trade that should never have happened...

Published post Your Stop Loss Has Three Enemies, Not One
In the last post I suggested checking your history for trades that died in the first seconds. This one is about the arithmetic behind them, and how to set a stop that survives contact with your broker. A stop distance has to clear three separate things. Most traders account for one...

Published post The Trade That Was Never Going to Work
How an unexpected symbol, excessive spread, and a single order can turn a perfectly intended trade into a disaster ! Open your trade history. Sort by duration. Look for any position that opened and closed inside sixty seconds. Not a fast scalp you intended — one you didn't...
