Check the journal tab and see if there are error messages there. Make sure you are logged into your mql5 account in your mt4 terminal so the indicator can be validated.

Just download from the market as normal and drag the indicator to your chart. Will be in the indicators>market folder in your MT4

I bought this indicator and the indicator is not showing anything on about 10 charts. I have reinstalled it again and again. Please assist. 

I have also ensured that I am logged into my Mql5 and the indicator shows that it has activated but nothing on my charts.

Kindly advise on the setting for this indicator (or troubleshoo/update), as I just purchased this indicator but the triangles not showing on my chart.   

Scroll out and you'll see the last one. Probably not one on that chart and timeframe that you are looking at.

I scroll out on the different timeframes for EURUSD, but did not manage to find the triangles.  I also increased the number of candles search to 20,000. 

Kindly advise what should we do to activate the indicator.

Please see the below different timeframe charts, and no triangles are being shown:

Check the experts/journal tab. Maybe the zigzag indicator is missing in your trading platform for some reason? It works off that and it's a standard indicator but wont work if you have deleted it for some reason.
