RSI EA ΜΤ4 is a unique, fully automated Expert Advisor for trading the well known and extremely efficient Relative Strength Indicator, being able at the same time to control your trading account's profit and/or loss at a basket level, for all your open positions combined. RSI EA MT4 has 4 different strategies for trading the Relative Strength Indicator, open trades on RSI extremes on live bar, open trades on RSI extremes on closed candle and open trades on RSI level crossing. This last strategy is a unique approach of the Relative Strength Indicator, since its a trend following strategy and not a reversal one. This EA comes with provided set files for many symbols, specially optimized for ECN Raw Spread ICMarkets accounts (New York based GMT+3 time zone servers). Other brokers or account types may be used, but you may need to make any necessary time adjustments to fit your broker/account.

Advice: All my EAs are not miracle products that predict the market, but honest well coded expert advisors that are trying to win more than they lose. They don't use martingale or grid strategies, so their results are not a straight profitable line, but have their ups and downs and need patience and discipline in order to succeed. My general recommendation is to test all my provided set files in your strategy tester and if you see anything interesting, consider buying. If you decide to buy, trade only those symbols that perform well in the last few months in the strategy tester with a low 0.5% to 1% risk per trade and not all provided set files. I suggest to repeat this backtest of all provided set files every 2-3 months and then choose the 4-5 symbols that perform better in the past few months.

Pretty useless. I backtested the EA myself and looks like results are only impressive over the periode (jan-dec) 2021. When I backtest (jan-dec) 2020 the results are worthless. I regret my purchase.

Hello Sander, I have to say that I usually optimize my EAs at the end of each year, based on last year's trading performance. It is most probable 2022 to be closer to 2021's trading behavior than some earlier year's. It is a bit harsh to review an EA without having traded with it live at all. The fact the it doesn't perform well in some past years backtests, doesn't mean that it will not trade well live in the future, does it?
