Simple modification of existing MT5 EA

I need to have a simple modification to an existing EA. It should less than an hour or two for someone that knows what they are doing. The code is a spread trading code, so it trades two different symbols (second symbol set in the input). The code will be sent to you. Its a modification of an existing trading logic. 
The following functions should be added:
1. Stoploss. Set in dollars for the total position (ie both long and short)
2. Time exit. If enabled Exit both positions after X hours (can be 1 hour, can be 50) if position is not in profit. Again position calculated on a total basis. So if set to 24 hours if the positions are not in profit combined - exit. 
3. Specific time exit: If enabled Exit positions if open on a specific time. Ie if it is set time is 2300, it will close both positions then
4. Time to enter a new position: If enabled, new positions can only be taken between a set interval (for example 0100 to 1500)
