Please kindly judge complexity of the project, your time and efforts needed only when you review entire description in attached file and understand it. This is because i like to do longer text description to go further into details what needs to be done and to be understandable even more. So the text size doesn't yet show the complexity of the project.

Description of the tool is attached in attachment (txt file). Please download it. Carefully review every single word. Kindly make sure please that you understand what needs to be done and ask me your questions.

The tool is defined as "Events Controller" so this title (without the quotes) should be in the heading of the tool's panel. I would ask you for price and approximate delivery date of only MT4 version and also both MT4 and MT5 version. So i can compare with my budget and see if i will be able to request both versions or MT4 only. Entire development code (MQL) is also needed.

The feedback report (List), that i am mentioning in attached TXT file, to be created by tool i am requesting, should be per currency pair symbol and not per date. So all dates that are used (one date per one calendar as i am saying in attached TXT file) on the same currency pair symbol should be included in the feedback report (List).
