Create a copytrade Master/slave

I need to be developed a Expert Advisor that will be attached at any chart and will be able to monitor the transactions and post to a server , for the other side will be a Client EA that will check every second to see if a new order have arrived and in that case replicate this .. If you look at mql5 website in the code area have something similar already coded , i have made some testst and the code there works just in some ocations , so that code isn`t the solution. In resume I need 2 Expert Advisors Master and Slave to copy trades between platforms , the backend communication i will code myself Need to be done in mql5 language
